Yes. Every diamond includes an independent grading report (GIA/IGI) and a laser inscription that can be verified. 

 

Are engineered diamonds real diamonds? 

Yes. Engineered diamonds share the same chemistry and crystal structure as natural diamonds—the origin differs, not the beauty.

Can I see the exact stone before buying? 

You will offered high-quality photos, video and the GIA/IGI grading report for your review to help you make the decision. Our design team are happy to guide you through the process of selection with you.

How long does a bespoke ring take to make? 

After design approval, most bespoke pieces ship within 10–15 business days. We offer expedited shipping options when timelines are tight. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. Insured international shipping is available, with duties and taxes calculated where supported. 

 

How do returns work? 

Because each DiamondLab piece is custom designed and crafted for you, all sales are final. Once your design is approved and the final payment is made, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Our team is here to perfect every detail before production and we stand behind our craftsmanship with comprehensive aftercare. 

 

How does resizing work? 

Our design team is happy to discuss further pertaining to that process. Complimentary first resize within 60 days if offered for most rings and wedding bands.
